Hatha
A well-rounded class designed to help you feel strong, open, and balanced. Move mindfully through stretches to improve flexibility, standing poses to build strength and stability, and simple breath and relaxation techniques to leave you feeling calm and grounded. (Beginner friendly)
Yin Deep Stretch
A slow, meditative practice that targets the body’s connective tissues: fascia, ligaments, and joints. Floor poses are held for 3–5 minutes to improve mobility and release long-held tension. (Level 1-2)
Gentle Happy Hips
Soothe and release tension in the hips with this gentle opening class. Through slow, mindful movements and supported stretches, you’ll create space in the hips, lower back, and legs. Perfect for desk workers and anyone seeking relief from stiffness. (Beginner friendly)
Restorative
A deeply calming, prop-supported class designed to release physical tension and calm the nervous system. Shift the body out of “fight or flight” (sympathetic) mode and into “rest and digest” (parasympathetic) mode—essential for recovery, digestion, and overall well-being. (Beginner friendly)
Feel Good Flow
An energizing yet accessible flow that combines dynamic movement, mindful breath, and gentle strength work. Expect smooth transitions, stretches to release tension, and sequences that build mobility and balance. Less intense than Power Flow — you’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and truly good from the inside out. (Level 2)
Power Flow
A high-energy, full-body practice designed to build strength, heat, and endurance. Move through creative, flowing sequences that challenge your body while connecting breath with movement for a powerful, invigorating experience. (Level 2–3)
Yoga Sculpt
A fusion of yoga and strength training using light hand weights. Start with a Power Flow sequence to warm-up, then move into targeted functional exercises that tone muscles, build endurance, and strengthen your entire body. (Level 2-3)
Flow & Yin
Experience the perfect blend of effort and ease. The first half of class offers a strong, uplifting flow to warm the body and build energy. The second half transitions into slow, grounding Yin poses that soothe the nervous system, gently stretch deeper layers of the body, and create a sense of inner calm. (Level 2)
Pilates Level 1
Experience the fundamentals of Pilates. In this class you’ll learn to connect breath with motion, activate your deep stabilizing muscles, and move with precision and control. With a regular Pilates practice, you’ll enhance posture, deepen body awareness, and build strength that leaves you feeling confident and supported in every movement—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or the hundredth.
Pilates Level 2
Build on the fundamentals of Pilates in this intermediate class designed to challenge and energize your body. Move through dynamic sequences, incorporating props for a full-body burn. Focus on core strength, stability, and precise movement, while enhancing functional strength to support everyday activities.
Pilates Strength Level 3
Fire up your Pilates practice in this advanced class using 3–5lb hand weights. By blending mat Pilates with light resistance training, you’ll build strength from head to toe. Layered sequences add progressive challenges to keep your muscles fully engaged for a dynamic, total-body workout.

You know that feeling where life is technically “good” — summer plans are happening, the sun is out, everyone’s excited — but your brain still won’t slow down and your body can’t fully relax?
Like you’re physically there, but mentally still carrying stress, anxiety, overstimulation, and the pressure of holding everything together.
That’s what this experience is about.
The Summer Exhale is a guided somatic experience designed to help you move out of survival mode and back into presence, ease, softness, and connection. Through a blend of gentle education and body-led practices, Becca will guide you through releasing accumulated stress, tension, and nervous system overwhelm stored in the body.
Expect:
Because summer should feel like an exhale — full of joy, play, presence, and ease (not another thing to keep up with).
